Many shoppers still treat Black Friday as a single day of doorbusters. At Costco it lasts a month. The warehouse club's 2026 Holiday Savings ad, the book most shoppers just call its Black Friday ad, has been published. The first deals begin Friday, October 30, and the last coupon expires on Cyber Monday, November 30. Between those dates are five separate deal windows, and each has its own list of items, its own start and end dates, and its own split between warehouse and online purchases.
The ad has been reproduced and sorted item by item by several deal publications that track Costco, including Costco Insider, Southern Savers and The Krazy Coupon Lady, which reported the ad's release on October 22. Costco Insider counted 29 pages in the book. Southern Savers tallied 277 individual deals. Costco's own Black Friday page promotes the event but does not list item prices, so the prices below are as those publications reported them from the ad. Shoppers should check them at their local warehouse or on Costco.com before planning a trip around a single item.
Five Windows, One Month
The calendar is the most important part of the ad, because a deal that hasn't started yet is easy to miss and one that has expired cannot be recovered. All three publications report the same structure:
Round One: October 30 to November 15
This is the opening wave, which Southern Savers put at 77 deals. It overlaps with Costco's regular November coupon book, which Costco Insider lists as running from October 19 through November 15. That overlap means two separate sets of savings are active in the warehouse at once. A few items began even earlier. Southern Savers flagged a diamond three-stone pendant valid from October 23.
Round Two: November 16 to November 30
The biggest window, with 134 deals by Southern Savers' count, runs for the last two weeks of the month. Many of the best-known electronics and smart-home markdowns are in this round.
Thanksgiving Day: November 26
Costco warehouses close on Thanksgiving, as Costco Insider noted, so this short list of about 10 deals is online only and lasts one day.
Black Friday Weekend: November 27 to November 30
Roughly 46 deals cover the traditional shopping weekend. This is where the largest TV deal in the book appears.
Cyber Monday: November 30
A final group of about 10 online-only deals closes out the event.
The Deals Worth Planning Around
With nearly 300 items in the book, the useful approach is to sort by category and ignore the rest. Here are the standouts for a typical household, with the windows and channels the publications reported.
Home Security Is the Strongest Category
The deepest discounts in the ad are on cameras and alarms. The Blink Whole Home Security Camera Bundle drops to $99.99 from $259.99 in Round Two, which Southern Savers called the biggest percentage drop in the whole ad. The SimpliSafe 10-piece system with an Outdoor Camera Series 2 is half price at $99.99, down from $199.99. It is online only in Round One, and all three publications listed it. The Ring Battery Doorbell Plus bundle with chime and faceplate is $99.99, down from $179.99, online in Round Two. A Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch smart lock is $149.99, down from $199.99, in Round One. The Krazy Coupon Lady also listed a eufy SoloCam S3 pan-tilt camera at $99.99, down from $129.99, over Black Friday weekend.
Anyone who has been putting off a camera setup for the driveway or the back gate can buy a whole system here for about $100. The usual advice applies: check the monthly subscription each brand charges for cloud video storage before choosing one, because over time that fee will cost more than the hardware.
TVs and Audio
The biggest TV in the ad is the Hisense 100-inch QD7 Series 4K Hi-QLED smart TV for $999.99 during Black Friday weekend, in the warehouse and online, according to Southern Savers. A 100-inch screen for under $1,000 is unusual, but it calls for a tape measure first. The set itself is more than seven feet wide, and the box may not fit in some vehicles.
For a more ordinary room, The Krazy Coupon Lady listed a Samsung 75-inch Crystal UHD at $399.99 in Round Two. It also listed an online-only LG 85-inch 4K set at $699.99 for Thanksgiving Day. Southern Savers listed a Samsung HW-Q60CF 3.1.2-channel soundbar with a wireless subwoofer at $299.99, down from $499.99, in Round Two. That is a sensible add-on for anyone buying a new panel. Samsung's Galaxy Buds4 Pro earbuds are $149.99, down from $219.99, in the same window.
Coffee and the Kitchen
Home espresso drinkers will want the Ninja Luxe AutoBarista Pro fully automatic machine. The Krazy Coupon Lady listed it at $659.99, down from $819.99, over Black Friday weekend, and Costco Insider also reported it at $160 off. Fully automatic machines grind, tamp and brew at the push of a button, and they rarely get discounts this large. The Krazy Coupon Lady also listed a 72-ounce Ninja blender at $59.99 and a Paradigm 11-piece ceramic cookware set at $159.99, down from $219.99, both in Round Two.
For the pantry, Southern Savers flagged Crown Maple Organic Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup at $12.49 for 25 ounces, down from $16.99, in the warehouse during Round One. Over Black Friday weekend, Kirkland Signature chicken breasts are $5 off a six-pound pack, which The Krazy Coupon Lady put at $23.48.
Garage, Gear and Hosting
The Krazy Coupon Lady listed an 8-gallon DeWalt wet/dry vacuum at $69.99, down from $93.99, over Black Friday weekend, and a 77-inch Gorilla Rack industrial shelving unit at $199.99 for Thanksgiving Day only. Costco Insider reported $100 off a Jackery 600v2 solar generator, which suits anyone who camps, tailgates or wants backup power during storm season. Hosts can pick up a Lifetime six-foot fold-in-half commercial table for $44.99 and Lifetime commercial folding chairs for $19.99 each in Round One, according to Southern Savers. Costco Insider noted that Kirkland Signature Elegant Plastic Plates are $3 off.
Clothing and Comfort
Two inexpensive basics appear on several lists. A Weatherproof men's Ultra Tech jacket is $24.99, down from $29.99. Kirkland Signature men's cotton jeans are $12.99, which The Krazy Coupon Lady included among its Black Friday weekend picks. At the expensive end, Southern Savers listed the Osaki AI Orion Duo 4D and 3D massage chair at $3,499.99, down from $5,799.99, online in Round Two. That is $2,300 off, for anyone who has been seriously considering one. The Krazy Coupon Lady listed a Gilman Creek leather gliding power recliner at $399.99 for Thanksgiving Day, online only.
Gift Cards and the Easy Stocking Stuffer
On Thanksgiving Day only, online, a $100 inKind restaurant e-gift card costs $64.99, according to both Southern Savers and The Krazy Coupon Lady. That is an effective 35% discount on dinners out for anyone who would eat at participating restaurants anyway. Southern Savers listed a Belkin UltraCharge 10K power bank at $29.99 in Round One, a practical gift that fits a stocking. Families shopping for kids should look at the NEX Playground motion-gaming console. Costco Insider and The Krazy Coupon Lady both listed it at $289.99, with a 12-month Play Pass included, over Black Friday weekend.
How Costco's Version of Black Friday Works
Costco runs its holiday sale differently from most retailers, and a few of its rules catch shoppers off guard.
Warehouse Only Versus Online Only
Every deal in the book carries a channel tag. As Southern Savers advised, warehouse-only items will not appear on Costco.com, and online-only items will not be on the shelf. Many product links will not work until a deal goes live, so a missing page in early November is not necessarily a sign the deal was pulled.
Don't Expect a Price Adjustment
Costco Insider warned that shoppers who buy an item at full price and later find it in the Black Friday ad typically will not get a price adjustment. Buying the 100-inch TV on November 20 and asking for the difference after Thanksgiving is unlikely to work. Shop inside the window, not before it.
Hours and Holiday Closures
Costco warehouses are closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 26. For Black Friday morning, Costco Insider listed opening times of 9 a.m. for Executive members and 10 a.m. for Gold Star members. It added that some locations may open earlier without advertising it. Shoppers should check their local warehouse's hours on Costco.com before going.
Membership and Supply
The prices require a Costco membership, and supplies are limited. The most popular electronics usually sell out at busy locations early on the first day of a window. A shopper set on a particular TV or espresso machine should arrive at opening on the first day of its window, or check online stock first if the item is sold in both channels.
A Practical Game Plan
The simplest way to handle a 29-page ad is to make a shortlist and put dates on it. One way to divide it:
Buy Round One items, such as the SimpliSafe kit, the folding tables and chairs, the Yale lock and the pantry items, in early November, while stock is full and the November coupon book is also active.
Plan a second trip after November 16 for the Blink and Ring bundles, the soundbar, the earbuds and the cookware.
Keep Thanksgiving morning free for a few minutes online if the inKind card, the LG 85-inch or the Gorilla Rack shelving is on the list.
Treat Black Friday weekend as the time for the big purchases: the 100-inch Hisense, the AutoBarista, the NEX Playground and the DeWalt vac. Measure the wall and the cargo area before leaving home.
That is four planned trips or orders instead of one crowded day. That spread-out schedule is the main difference from other stores' Black Friday sales: the savings run all month, and shoppers who keep track of the windows can get most of the best prices without waiting in a long line.
