For years, American cigar smokers have watched from the sidelines as two particular Supreme Leaf cigars made their way into shops everywhere except the United States. That changes now.
AGANORSA Leaf has made it official — the Supreme Leaf Inter Robusto and the Supreme Leaf Euro Toro are shipping to U.S. retailers as a one-time release, marking the first time either cigar has been made available to the American market since both debuted in 2024.
What's Actually in the Box
The two cigars aren't some watered-down version of the Supreme Leaf line cooked up just to generate buzz stateside. They use the exact same blend that has made Supreme Leaf one of the more talked-about releases in the premium cigar world — all-Nicaraguan tobacco from top to bottom, finished with a corojo 99 wrapper.
The Inter Robusto comes in at 5 1/4 x 54 and is priced at $11.99 per stick, with boxes of ten running $119.90. The Euro Toro stretches out to 6 x 50 and steps up slightly to $12.99 individually, with a box of ten at $129.90.
Neither size is a stretch for a cigar at this level, and the corojo 99 wrapper has a reputation for delivering a rich, consistent smoke that holds up across different vitolas.
Limited Numbers, One Shot to Get Them
This isn't an open-ended release. AGANORSA Leaf set aside exactly 1,000 boxes of each size for the American market. Once those are gone, there's no indication that another run is coming anytime soon — if at all.
The company announced the release earlier this year, tying it to PCA 2026 as a way to do something meaningful for American retail partners who have carried the brand while watching these two specific cigars go everywhere but their shelves.
Terence Reilly, vice president of sales and marketing for AGANORSA Leaf, put it plainly in a press release back in March: "Supreme Leaf has become one of the most anticipated releases in the industry. For PCA 2026, we wanted to do something special for our American retail partners — giving them access to international vitolas that have never been available here, along with a sampler that celebrates the full journey of Supreme Leaf."
Why This Matters Beyond the Hype
The premium cigar market has no shortage of limited releases, and it's easy to get numb to announcements that dress up ordinary products in exclusivity. This one is a little different.
The Supreme Leaf line has built its reputation internationally over time, and the two vitolas now hitting American shores aren't new experiments — they're established cigars that have already earned their following in other markets. American smokers aren't getting a beta test. They're getting access to something that has already proven itself, just not here.
The corojo 99 wrapper in particular is worth paying attention to. Nicaraguan corojo has become a benchmark for quality in the premium segment, and AGANORSA's consistency with it across their lineup is one of the reasons the brand carries the weight it does among serious smokers.
Getting Your Hands on Them
With only 1,000 boxes of each size earmarked for the entire country, supply at the retail level is going to be tight. Anyone who has been curious about the Supreme Leaf line and hasn't pulled the trigger yet has a concrete reason to act sooner rather than later on this one.
The Inter Robusto and Euro Toro represent a genuine first for the American market, and at under $13 a stick for a cigar of this caliber and pedigree, the value proposition is hard to argue with. These are not impulse-buy prices by everyday standards, but within the world of premium Nicaraguan cigars, they sit at a reasonable point for what's being offered.
For retailers, the release also comes bundled with a sampler that AGANORSA described as a celebration of the full Supreme Leaf journey — giving shops another way to introduce customers to the line at a broader level while the limited vitolas are still on the shelf.
The window on this one is short. The boxes are already moving.
